Dear Customers, from Tuesday 1st April 2025, VAT will be charged on ALL orders being delivered to UK addresses. If your delivery address is overseas, VAT is NOT applicable
A Statutory Declaration is a formal statement made to state that something is true to the best knowledge of the person making the declaration. It has to be signed in the presence of a solicitor, commissioner for oaths or notary public.
The apostille itself can be placed on the original document, given it must be signed by a UK registered & practicing solicitor or notarised by a Notary Public. A copy can also be apostilled using the Basic Service, provided it has been certified as such by a UK registered & practicing solicitor or notarised by a Notary Public.
The Apostilles Group can produce copies of original Statutory Declarations, provided the original is sent to us, (in order that originals remain untouched) using our Enhanced Service.
Speed of Process - 3 Working Days - £95
